2020 was a year like no other for the property market which, despite a 10 week lockdown at the end of Spring, saw an unprecedented level of demand, particularly in Norfolk with many buyers having taking stock of their lives and making firm decisions. Sellers enjoyed offers often 5-10% more than guide prices and this trend is continuing into 2021.
As is well document in the press, the conveyancing process is under pressure, but good solicitors are clearing work fast in time for the change in the Stamp Duty rules post 31st March.
